Pizza Champion Cup Norway 2023 have been decided and here are the winners in all 3 categories! After an exciting and even contest with wonderful pizzas and master craftmanship the jury came up with a result. Winner in the category Norway's Best Gourmet Pizza 2023 is Francesco Solime from Vesuvio Café in Oslo! In addition to the honor and award, Francesco also won a place in the Pizza World Cup in Parma, Italy as Norway's representative.

Last week the World Cup for Young Bakers was arranged in Valencia, Spain. The swedish junior team went home with a fantastic result, and can from now call themselves world champions in bakery! Pernilla Boström won the individual competition and third place was tricked by Tintin Larsson. As a team they did absolutely great which was enough for the gold, moreover they proved that the swedish bakery industry is in a high class.

Bakery Showcase is Canada´s national exhibition and conference of the baking industry. Here are the newest products, ingredients, equipment, services and technologies presented for two days.

Yesterday and today the Nordic championship in bakery and pastry is held at Foodexpo in Herning, Denmark. The Swedish bakery- and pastry team competes against Denmark, Norway and Iceland in about for example making the best baguettes and chocolate sculpture.

Sveba Dahlen continues its investments in Norway and expands its cooperation with the well-established company Horni Baketeknikk AS by becoming a partner in the company. Horni Baketeknikk has for many years been responsible for the Glimek brand in Norway. The cooperation will now expand to also include the rest of Sveba Dahlen’s products.

The TEDDY 5L has always had a great potential for the private household market. To pursue this potential, we teamed up with a Danish retail specialist, Experisense, four years ago.

Sveba Dahlen Group has sold the sales subsidiary in China, Sveba Dahlen Food Equipment (Shenzhen) Co Limited. The new company structure will continue to operate in China as a strong dealer of the brands Sveba Dahlen, Glimek and Bear and has also taken over the existing customer relations and warranties. The company will be run by Mr. Kevin Shu, who has been the Sales Director for the past 3 years.

TEDDY – the small BEAR table top mixer with a capacity of 5 litres – has been selected to join the new permanent exhibition of the most innovative, attractive and surprising designs of the 21st century on display at Designmuseum Danmark.

We are happy to announce Jestic as our new official Sveba-Dahlen distributor for the UK.
Jestic has been serving the foodservice sector with equipment for a decade and will now take on the bakery sector as well. Jestic will work with both the Sveba-Dahlen brand and the Glimek brand.
