Our new conical rounder, CR600, is now being installed in bakeries around the world! CR600 has the same robust quality as its smaller sibling in the conical rounder family, but developed for a capacity of up to 6,000 pieces/hour and a weight span of 30-1,800 grams.

You already knew that we were pros at making bakery machines. 2020 International Pizza Challenge at International Pizza Expo
The International Pizza Challange is the largest Pizza making competition in USA. There are five divisions in the competition, attracting approximately 200 pizzaioli. The five divisions include Traditional, Non-Traditional, Pan, Pizza Napoletana and Roman. The contest is open only to owners, managers, chefs or employees 18 years or older from the restaurant and pizzeria industries. Pizzas for the Traditional, Non-Traditional, Pan and Roman divisions will be scored by an expert panel of judges on the basis of taste, creativity and appearance.
Food Expo Herning Postponed
We have received news that the exhibition Foodexpo Herning have been postponed due to the COVID-19.
Industry associations and exhibitors support the postponement of the largest food fair in the Nordic countries, scheduled to take place on 22-24. March at the MCH Exhibition Center Herning, Demark. The organizer, MCH is planning a new date for the fair.

Sveba Dahlen is launching the High Temp pizza oven on February 1st – an energy-efficient electric pizza oven that achieves a temperature of up to 500°C / 932°F in just 30 minutes. The oven has been specially designed in order to bake pizzas at high temperatures. Swedish juniors are world champions in bakery!
Last week the World Cup for Young Bakers was arranged in Valencia, Spain. The swedish junior team went home with a fantastic result, and can from now call themselves world champions in bakery! Pernilla Boström won the individual competition and third place was tricked by Tintin Larsson. As a team they did absolutely great which was enough for the gold, moreover they proved that the swedish bakery industry is in a high class.

World record baguette baked in a Sveba Dahlen oven
The world record attempt was held in Erpe-Mere in Belgium by Kroonbaker. With the help of a TP oven the record was crushed and the new record was noted at 133,3 meters.

Sveba-Dahlen continues to invest in Denmark and is now entering a partnership with bago-line, which will be responsible for sales of our product range in the Danish bakery market. bago-line is a well-established player that sells its own rack ovens and a broad range of agent products and fittings. The company has its own extensive service organization for the Danish market.
New distributor for the UK!
We are happy to announce Jestic as our new official Sveba-Dahlen distributor for the UK.
Jestic has been serving the foodservice sector with equipment for a decade and will now take on the bakery sector as well. Jestic will work with both the Sveba-Dahlen brand and the Glimek brand.
