The Middleby Centro di Innovazione, MCI Italy is a 7 500 m² state-of-the-art innovation center located just outside Venice, where the future of protein, bakery, and snack production comes to life. This is where technology, creativity, and expertise meet to drive progress across the global food industry.

As a central part of the Middleby global network of innovation centers, MCI serves as an international hub for innovation, product development, education and training. Within its 65,000-square-foot facility, customers can access the latest technologies for demonstrations, research, product testing, and operator training – all on a full production scale.
