Combination Oven S-Series SRP130

This combination oven is equipped with a rotating mini rack oven with space for up to 10 trays and a underbuilt proofer beneath, also with space for up to 10 trays. This compact, and high performing combination oven offers even, hiqh quality baking results and functions similar to large industrial rack ovens. Pizza Oven Pizza Vichinga P402V

Electric pizza oven with two individually controlled oven decks with space for up to 4 pizzas per deck at the time. Each oven chamber is equipped with dual temperature sensors and individual settings for front-, top- and bottom heat making it possible to get your desired baking settings. 

The Pizza Vichinga Pizza Oven lets you bake both traditional and neapolitan pizza - at the same time! The upper oven chamber is adapted to high temperature baking and allows baking in up to 500°C / 932°F. It is equipped with a Biscotti di Sorrento pizza stone - specially made for neapolitan pizza and baking in high temperatures.
