On March 8 it is time for Pizza Champion Cup Sweden, and we will find out who makes the best pizzas in the country 2023. The competition is open for professional pizza chefs from all over the country and we are looking forward to a day of inspiring craftmanship and beautiful pizzas.
This year the competition is held at the Kistamässan during the Fastfood & Café & Restaurant Expo in Stockholm, and we expect a large audience and world-class pizzas!
The Pizza Champion Cup will be decided in 4 categories: Pizza Chef of the Year, Best Gourmet Pizza, Best Italian Classic Pizz (Napoli Style Pizza) and Best Italian Margherita Pizza (Napoli Style Pizza).
The pizza chefs' entries are judged by a high-profile jury consisting of professional pizza bakers and experts, including Mike Arvblom, who is a former world pizza champion chef and founder of the Pizza Champion Cup.
