Representatives from and for Sveba Dahlen and Glimek will, of course, be present at this year’s major industry trade show in the U.S.
You’ll mainly find us together with Middleby in West Hall, Booth 1025. There, we’ll be showcasing the Glimek Bread Line BL180 along with a mock-up of a tunnel oven, demonstrating how both gas-fired and electric tunnel ovens operate.
In North Hall, Booth 7205, you’ll find our distributor Allbake Technologies, exhibiting a Glimek Bread Line BL180 Direct.
At Gemini’s booth in West Hall, Booth 2544, you can take a closer look at Exodraft, a system used with ovens and tunnel ovens to recover energy for other processes, such as heating water for proofing cabinets.
During the show, we’ll also be baking pizza in our Pizza Vichinga oven, which features two baking chambers. The upper chamber bakes at temperatures up to 932°F, while the lower chamber reaches up to 662°F.
