On Saturday, August 16, the Pizza Champion Cup Denmark took place during Copenhagen Cooking in Copenhagen. The competition showcased impressive craftsmanship and incredible pizzas. Contestants presented creative pizzas with exciting flavors, and the jury had the tough but rewarding task of selecting the winners. Below, you can read about the results in the different categories.
Among the jury members were Sveba Dahlen’s own Mikael Lundgren and Swedish pizza chef Riccardo Birghillotti. Last year’s winner, Nadia Karmil, also served on the jury, along with the founder of the Pizza Champion Cup, Mike Arvblom.
