Pizza chefs now have a unique opportunity to compete for a Golden Ticket to participate in either the Pizza Champion Cup Nordic Championship – Margherita Category 2026 or the Pizza Champion Cup European Championship – Margherita Category 2027.
Competition Format
As an official sponsor of the Pizza Champion Cup, Sveba Dahlen is entitled to select:
- One competitor for the PCC Nordic Championship – Margherita Category Gothenburg, Sweden, September 15, 2026
Value: EUR 499 - One competitor for the PCC European Championship – Margherita Category Lillestrøm/Oslo, Norway, February 16, 2027

Requirements for Competitors
You must submit:
- One video or 3–5 photos showing:
– Dough
– Toppings
– Finished pizza
Plus a short text (max 150 words) describing:
- Which competition you are aiming for
- Why your Margherita should compete in PCC
- What the craft of pizza making means to you

How to Apply

You must also provide details about the restaurant where you are employed, including:
- Restaurant name and address

- Full contact details of the restaurant owner
By submitting an application, you grant Sveba Dahlen permission to use your contact details for marketing purposes (e.g., newsletters). If you do not wish to grant this permission, you must actively notify Sveba Dahlen.
Costs
Participants are responsible for all costs related to the event, including travel, accommodation, food, beverages, and ingredients used for the pizza.
Prize
The prize consists of one (1) Golden Ticket, which grants entry to either:
- PCC Nordic Championship – Margherita Category 2026
or
- PCC European Championship – Margherita Category 2027
Jury Evaluation
A jury from Sveba Dahlen, consisting of Richard Thomson, Robert Bäckman, and Åsa Ericsson, will evaluate entries based on:
- Craftsmanship & presentation
- Motivation & experience
- Social media engagement
The Top 5 candidates will be presented on Sveba Dahlen’s social media channels.
The final winners will be selected by the jury and announced on Sveba Dahlen’s social media.

The competition is organized by Sveba Dahlen and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Winners will be selected by a Sveba Dahlen jury from those who meet all requirements.
