S-Series Combination Ovens
Several models from the S-Series will be on display, showcasing compact and flexible baking solutions for cafés, retail bakeries, hotels and other foodservice operations. The range includes configurations with mini rack ovens, deck ovens and integrated underbuilt proofers to suit different production needs.
The latest addition to the series, the gas-fired SR242, will also be presented.
Rack Ovens
Visitors can also explore rack ovens from the C-Series and V-Series.
The C-Series is designed for larger retail bakeries and bakery operations requiring increased production capacity, while the V-Series is suitable for both artisan and industrial bakeries, offering reliable performance and consistent baking results.
Deck Ovens
The D32E deck oven from the D-Series will be on display, equipped with an oven loader for efficient loading and unloading of bakery products. Designed for both bakeries and pastry shops, the D-Series can be configured to meet a wide range of production requirements.
Bread Production Line
A complete bread production line will demonstrate the dough handling process, featuring a dough divider, rounder, intermediate proofer and moulder for efficient production of various bread types.
Tunnel Ovens
The Artista Deli tunnel oven, equipped with a stone baking belt for products such as Neapolitan pizza, will be showcased.
Visitors will also be able to explore a tunnel oven demonstrating both electric and gas-fired configurations, together with different conveyor belt options for a variety of baking applications.
