Culture is not mainly reflected in what we say – but in what our customers experience in every interaction with us.

That is why we want to highlight our five core values. To us, they are not just words on paper, but principles that guide how we collaborate, make decisions, treat one another and create value for our customers.

Our five core values are built around the acronym SVEBA:
