Master baker Kaj Erik Antonsen has many years of positive experience with ovens from Sveba Dahlen. Therefore, he chose to continue with Sveba Dahlen when an older S400 oven needed to be replaced at Houlkær Bakery in Viborg.
After consulting with Henrik Krogh Jørgensen, Area Sales Manager – Bakery, at MULTIVAC, the decision was made to go with two mini rack ovens from the S-Series, model SR240.
"The S-Series is a smaller rack oven that delivers the same great baking results as a large traditional rack oven," says Henrik Krogh Jørgensen. "It’s a really good match for Kaj Erik Antonsen’s needs, who is already benefiting greatly from the two new ovens in his bakery."
