We are proud to have delivered a complete bakery for the Bake Off bakery environment in Føtex's newest store in Copenhagen. The store is located in the BIG shopping center that had its grand opening on October 31, 2015. The Sveba-Dahlen brand name can be seen in the store on two V40 ovens, 1 Fermatic Q4 Freezer, retarder, prover and a D42E deck oven.

Every day, fresh ingredients and top quality service are delivered by the Føtex stores.
Føtex began its journey in 2015 with a new store concept that diligently worked with lighting and smart interior solutions, which shows in the Copenhagen store. A major part of the concept is the store's own bakery. The bakery provides freshly baked bread throughout the day, via its well functioning Bake Off bakery, which the customers highly appreciate!
The bakery lies just inside the entrance to the store and is graphically appealing. Directly inside the entrance, the customer is made aware that they sell fresh bread. Moreover, the customers' desire for fresh breakfast breads is satisfied by offering a variety of different breads.
