Counterflow

Slow Start (Option)
With the slow start function of the rack ovens, a smoother baking process is achieved as the rotation speed of the rack is lower at the start, then gradually accelerates to the preset value.
Split, removable ramp
The C-Series ramp is wide and with a low angle for effortless loading and unloading of trolleys. The ramp is also split and simple to remove for cleaning in front of the oven.
