Press Release: Sveba Dahlen is the Main Skill Sponsor for Bakery at EuroSkills 2025
Team Sveba Dahlen is proud to be the Main Skill Sponsor for the bakery competition at EuroSkills 2025 – Europe’s largest championship for young professionals. The event will take place in Herning, Denmark, from September 9–13, with competition days from September 10–12.
During these days, Europe’s most talented young bakers will showcase their skills – supported by professional equipment from Sveba Dahlen.
Participating countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Hungary, Iceland, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, and Portugal.

Throughout the competition, participants will work with our reliable and flexible D-Series deck ovens (D32E) and our F-Series proofers (F200D) – equipment renowned for their consistent baking quality, ease of use, and durability. Together, we contribute to a safe, inspiring, and professional competition where the next generation of bakers can shine.

An important event for the future workforce
With up to 100,000 visitors – many of them young people about to choose their future career paths – EuroSkills 2025 is a unique opportunity to showcase the possibilities within the vocational sector and to inspire the next generation.
The competition brings together 600 participants from 32 countries, competing in 38 different skills – from baking and pastry arts to mechanics, electrical work, and web development.
We are honored to be part of this important initiative that celebrates craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability. Supporting EuroSkills 2025 is one of many steps we are taking to elevate the baking industry and its future professionals. Through our recently established Sveba Dahlen Scholarship, awarded annually to the most promising bakery and pastry students at Swedish vocational colleges, we aim to inspire young talent and provide them with opportunities to grow. Our involvement in EuroSkills 2025 is a natural extension of this commitment.
