The AC guard is a smart power distributing device that makes it possible to connect the oven to a smaller circuit breaker. This means that the oven distributes the power to the decks that need it most.
With an AC guard you don’t need to upgrade the power and install higher amps in your bakery, the oven handles it by itself and makes it possible to run a multi deck oven even if the installed fuse/breaker in your bakery is of lower amps. Available with all deck ovens with more than one deck.
