Depositing Unit
The Glimek depositing unit is fitted with two flaps to catch the dough pieces from the moulder. A photocell tells the flaps to open when the space beneath is ready, for example when a tray or baking mold is positioned below on the conveyor belt. This ensures that the dough rolls are released at the correct time and in the correct position. -

The Glimek SD600 is a stainless multi pocket suction dough divider in 3-pocket or 2/4-pocket execution with reliable dividing system for very high weight accuracy. It has stepless adjustable dough pressure, which can be adjustable while running for very gentle handling of different types of dough. It has robust chassis, perfect for high industrial bakery production. 100 liter stainless steel hopper as standard (~70 kg dough). Compressed air is required. -
