Industrial Belt Proofer
Sveba Dahlen has over 50 years of experience of manufacturing Belt Proofers or Fermentation Lines. The Belt Proofers are manufactured in one or two level versions, and the size is calculated in view of the capacity requrements and the layoutof the customers premises.
The maximum belt width is 4 meters. A modular plastic belt is commonly selected where tins or plates are used. The fermentation tunnel is well insulated with cellular plastic and lined externally and internally with aluminium sheets or plastic.
Most of the side panels can easily be removed to faciliate cleaning of the belt.

Retarder Proofer F-Series F200D
The F-Series F200D Retarder/Proofer is designed for retarding and proofing products on trays. High capacity while taking up a small footprint due to its compact design. The door's large double-glazed window with LED lighting on the inside makes it easy to get an overview of the fermentation process on all trays. The door stays in position at 90 degrees making it easy to load the cabinet with trays. -

Sveba Dahlen delivers electric tunnel ovens to customers all around the world. Each oven is based on a basic concept and then adapted to the customer’s wishes and requirements. The ovens can be equipped with many types of belts, such as different kinds of wire mesh belts and solid steel belts. Electric heated ovens are produced in belt widths up to 4,2 m. They are produced in two different basic models, depending on the baking temperature to be used. “Normal temperature ovens” of up to 350°C and “high temperature ovens” of up to 500°C are available. -

The tunnel oven is built on a concept where each zone has two Weishaupt™ gas burners heating the air and distributing it to the top and the bottom of the oven through heat exchangers.
