Bakery China is Asia Pacific´s leading exhibition directed against the whole value chain of the baking industry takes place in Shanghai New International Expo Center(SNIEC).
Growing every year, this huge fair had more than 2000 thousand exhibitors from 30 countries worldwide last year, and was visited by more than 122 000 persons from the baking industry. Here you can find for instance baking ingredients, bakery equipment and packaging solutions. Since 2015 the fair also includes represents from the beverage industry and especially the coffee market.
