While our stock clearance sale is underway, you also have the chance to check out our latest innovation – the P601 High Temp pizza oven, which bakes at temperatures of up to 500°C – which will be officially launched on February 1 2020. We are also presenting our new, modern S Series – perfect for both stores and bakeries – which is due for launch on April 1 2020. You can see all of this at Sveba Dahlen’s Baking Innovation Center (BIC) in Fristad.
Not just any pizza, either; we’ll be offering Neapolitan pizza, baked in our High Temp pizza oven by Riccardo Birghillotti, who was named Pizza Chef of the Year for 2018 in the national Pizza Champion Cup.
