With the lower deck reaching a maximum temperature of 350°C/662°F, our oven crafts traditional pizzas to perfection. Meanwhile, the upper deck, reaching an impressive 500°C/932°F, ensures the ideal bake for Neapolitan pizzas, complete with the coveted "Cornicione pattern" and characteristic leopard spotting, delivering an authentic and flavorful experience every time.

Experience the convenience of an electric pizza oven, eliminating the need for wood and fire preparation. The desired baking temperature is reached in around 30 minutes and it maintains the desired temperature thoughout the day. This means that the Pizza Vichinga oven is ready at the pizzaiolo's command, maintaining consistent temperatures for even baking without drying out the pizzas. Say goodbye to smoke exposure for both staff and guests! The oven's turbo function makes the oven rapidly returning to the set temperature after the door has been opened, for example. 

This versatile oven isn't just limited to pizzas; it's a game-changer for various products like pita bread, naan, and lavash, thanks to its ability to handle shorter baking times and higher moisture content. Pizza Vichinga, makes it easy to expand the menu without investing in additional ovens.

Available in two sizes, the P402V model bakes 4 pizzas up to 35 cm dia. per deck, totaling 8 at the time, while the P602V accommodates 6 pizzas per deck, totaling 12 at a time. The upper deck's quick 60 to 120-second baking time allows for increased production while classic pizzas are perfected on the lower deck.

The oven has been carefully designed down to the smallest detail. Everything from working height, pull-out shelves, lockable castors and easy cleaning. The handles are sturdy, easy to grip and always cool. User-friendly control panel with weekly schedule and regulation of top, bottom and front heat.

One oven, two temperatures.
Two oven chambers, the upper oven chamber has max baking temperature of 500°C / 932°F which makes it perfect for Neapolitan pizza. The lower oven chamber has max baking temperature of 350°C / 662°F which makes it perfect for classic pizza.

Pizza stones.
The upper oven chamber is fitted with Biscotto di Sorrento Pizza stones. Authentic handmade pizza stones of highest quality from Italy. Porous pizza stones made by clay, which does not create a surface that burns the pizza base in 60-120 seconds when baking in up to 500°C / 932°F. 
The lower oven chamber is fitted with classic pizza stones. Thicker stones that retain heat better. Makes the pizzas evenly baked with perfect crisp. Perfect for classic pizza baking.

Highly efficient heating system.
High-quality, well-insulated and welded oven chambers in stainless steel that retains the heat more effectively. The high level of insulation ensures a better working environment.

No naked flames or need for firewood.

Fast heating of oven. 
Ready to bake in approximately 30 - 45 minutes from start-up. Depending on preferred baking temperature. 

Fast baking time.
The upper oven chamber bakes Neapolitan pizza in 60 to 120 seconds. The baking time may vary according to the choice of topping.

Automatic Turbo start function. 
Automatically heats up the oven quickly to the set temperature. Demands no manual setup from the user.

Manual Turbo function. 
By pushing a button the oven quickly heats up all the way to the set baking temperature. Overrides set heat settings until the set temperature has been reached. Demands no manual setup from the user.

VENTILATION CONNECTION
Only one connection, 125 dia.
Direct connection is recommended since there is built-in power interruption for a better work environment. Airflow:
