Notifications

Notifications is an easy way to monitor the connected ovens. With Sveba Connect there are two ways to get notifications. The automatic online notification in the Sveba Connect portal or by email. Get important information and error alerts from the ovens directly when it happens.

The email notifications have individual settings for which email-address shall receive which notification and how often. It also allows for notifications when manual baking or recipe baking have occured. It is easy to set up the parameters for email notifications, and it can be done by clicking in through Group Manager/Group Info/Notifications.

Sveba Connect - portal notifications
Automatic Online Notifications - Sveba Connect will send notifications to the online portal when there is a noteworthy event, error or fault code in one of the connected ovens. See it at once it happens and if it keeps happening. Then it might need some kind of engagement. If the bell in top right corner is showing a red pulsating animation there is a new notification available.
Sveba Connect - Email Notifications
Email Notifications - Get notifications directly in the inbox. With Email Notifications it is easy to manually setup which oven notifications that is interesting. One email-user might need notifications regarding errors, while one other might need information regarding manual or recipe baking. Get full control with Email Notifications!
Sveba Connect - Manual Notifications
Email Notifications - It is easy to setup new notifications. Choose name for the notification, which oven type (to get the right error codes etc.) and who the receiver (one or more) of the notification emails will be.

Fan Fuse Error.

Rotor Fuse Error.

Heater Fuse Error.

Burner Error.

Disconnected.

Tempsensor Error.

Tempsensor Software Error.

Communication Frequency Converter Error.

Traylift, Service Needed.

Modbus-rotation enabled but not found.

Database error.

Card temp above threshold value.

SD-Card missing.

Temperature in oven too high: above 440°C.

Temperature not increasing while heaters are on.

Modbus fan not activated, but found on bus.

IO card not responding over CAN.

Backup process failed, try "Format SD-Card".

IO card not found on RS232.

IO card found on RS232, timeout on CA.
