The industrial ovens in the I-Series are powerful and high capacity rotating double-double rack ovens, adapted for industrial bakeries and commercial production. The ovens are equipped with high quality heat and steam systems which allows baking of all types of products; all from sensitive products like meringues and muffins to more robust sour dough-loafs. The I-Series rack ovens come in two versions and are reliable, effective and easy to use. They are very user-friendly and easy to use with the SD Touch II panel, which saves your recipes and makes baking easier. The exterior keeps a low temperature and the surfaces are smooth and easy to clean. This also means a good and safer working environment. The next generation of user-friendly touch panel with high resolution screen, swipe function, simple recipe handling with timer down to second-precision for functions such as temperature, steam and fans.
The Cascad steam system.
Combined with our standard steam system quickly provides powerful, extra clean steam.
Heat and steam is quickly spread evenly throughout the oven space and the system has a short recovery time.
Variable speed for fans.
The fan speed is driven by a frequency converter to maintain the desired flow of air. Helpful when baking sensitive products such as meringues, macaroons and muffins.
Well-insulated floor.
Prevents heat loss and protects the bakery floor.
Slow start.
Genle and gradual accelerating rotation and retardation of the rack for baking products sensitive to bumps and blows, or that risk moving from vibrations. Adjust the settings for acceleration time at the start of the baking sequence as well as the rotation speed of the rack in percentage.
Automatic rotation stop.
The rack rotates to the unloading spot at the end of the bake, when the door handle is lifted.

Counterflow
The heat exchanging process in the oil- and gas-fueled ovens is based on the counter flow principle.
Slow Start
With the slow start function of the rack ovens, a smoother baking process is achieved as the rotation speed of the rack is lower at the start, then gradually accelerates to the preset value.
Spring loaded door hinge
The spring loaded door hinge keeps the door open while loading/unloading the oven.
Insulated Floor
Well insulated floor - the floor is very well insulated which keeps the heat in the oven. Energy efficiency!
